Where are you located? Where do you ship to?We are located about 1 hour outside of Toronto, Canada. We prefer to keep our group orders restricted to Canada and the USA but are willing to ship worldwide!

What groups do you hold GOs for?We hold group orders for Stray Kids, DKB, AB6IX, ENHYPEN and TXT for almost every comeback as well as both official and unofficial goods.
We may also hold group orders for groups such as BTS, KEP1ER, SVT, or other groups as requested by joiners.

What sellers do you buy from?We stick to Synnara on GMarket and Ktown4U. All HYBE groups will be ordered from Weverse. We also use the official JYP and SKZOO store for Stray Kids merchandise.
We may buy from other sellers if items are difficult to find.

Do you offer Pick-Ups? If so, where?We offer pick-ups to joiners within the GTA (Ontario, Canada), usually in Toronto, Scarborough, and Mississauga, and Richmond Hill.
Please note that due to high gas prices we now require a $2 CAD pickup fee per person to help us offset these costs and continue to offer pickups in multiple locations.

Can I request for you to open a Group Order?Yes! Please refer to our request form!
We still accept requests when our requests are closed (you can find this status in our twitter bio) but are less likely to accept these requests.

How much does EMS usually cost?EMS + customs per item usually ranges between $10-15 CAD depending on the weight of the items and how many people have joined.
This may increase with inflation and gas price increases.

How many payments are required?Three payments! Cost of goods upon form submission, cost of EMS when the items arrive in Canada, and cost of domestic shipping from our house to yours!
If you choose pick-ups you don't have to pay for domestic shipping.

What is the cost of domestic shipping?Within Ontario, DMS usually ranges from $16-$25 CAD, with variations based on size and weight of the packageWithin the rest of Canada, DMS usually ranges from $20-$30 CAD depending on size and weight of the package, as well as distance from usWithin the USA, DMS usually starts at around $20 CAD and can increase any amount depending on the size and weight of the package, as well as your distance from us and if you choose a tracked or untracked package.Internationally, it is difficult to give a direct estimate so please send us a direct message with your location to receive an estimate!Please keep in mind we charge a $2 CAD material cost on all orders sent with domestic shipping.
